Understand credits and task charges
Read the difference between reserved, consumed and released credits.
Before generation
Each successfully delivered AI image uses 1 credit. The total is shown before you submit. Credits are reserved while the request runs. If the response is lost, retry the same request to check its result instead of starting another paid request.
After generation
A successfully delivered candidate consumes its reservation. A technical failure or model refusal releases it. Choosing not to keep a completed candidate is not treated as a technical failure.
Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases: $5 for 20 credits, $12 for 60 credits or $24 for 150 credits. There is no subscription. Check the pricing page for current availability. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account stays open.
Cloud project saving and PDF / PNG exports do not use credits. You can save a free studio book and export it with a zero-credit account. Cloud projects and files follow the File retention policy; saving to an account is not a promise of permanent file storage.
Payment verification
Returning from Checkout is not proof of payment. Credits are granted only after verified payment events and a check against the server’s recorded order.
