How Printable Patch handles account details, creative projects, payments and deletion requests.
Operator and contact
Printable Patch is operated by HANG HU. Contact [email protected] about privacy, access, correction or deletion. Our payment merchant is Rivya AI in Hong Kong.
Information we use
For accounts, we use your email address, chosen display name and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google provides, including a profile image when available. Google sign-in requests only basic identity permissions, not access to your Gmail messages or Drive files.
The connected workspace stores your project descriptions, generation prompts, page settings, generated images, exports, task status, credit activity and order identifiers. We also use necessary session, verification and rate-limit records to secure the service.
The free browser studio stores drafts on your device. Importing a local draft into that browser tool does not by itself upload the draft to a cloud project. Ordinary requests to load pages or download library files still reach our hosting infrastructure.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate you, save and export projects, run the generation you request, account for credits, process payments, provide support and protect accounts and the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or private projects to publish public examples without your permission. Do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or children in generation prompts.
Service providers
Google supplies identity authentication. Resend delivers sign-in codes using our auth.printablepatch.com subdomain. Spaceship forwards messages sent to [email protected] to our designated support Gmail inbox. Cloudflare provides DNS, TLS and edge protection; Hostinger supplies hosting.
Stripe processes card and wallet payments. We store payment references, amounts, currencies and order states; card numbers and CVC values are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by Printable Patch.
Kie.ai processes image-generation prompts and passes them to the selected model provider. The launch model is Nano Banana 2. We send the scene prompt, theme and detail settings for the requested task; our Kie.ai generation request does not include your login email or Google profile image. Provider processing is also subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Processing locations and safeguards
Our service providers may process information outside the country where you live. The configured sign-in email region is Tokyo, and authentication, payments, hosting and generation may involve other countries according to each provider’s infrastructure.
We restrict private files by authenticated ownership, keep service credentials on the server, and protect transport with HTTPS in production. Access is limited to what is needed to operate, support and secure the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Cloud projects and files remain available while your account is active unless you delete them. You can request a data export and account deletion from Data & privacy. File removal is processed by the worker, so a deletion request may take time to finish.
After account deletion, profile contact details, linked sign-in credentials, projects and associated files are removed from active application data. Pseudonymous financial, credit and deletion-audit records are retained for up to seven years after closure. Disputes, outstanding debts or legal obligations may require a longer hold.
Restricted backups, when made, have a retention limit of 30 days. Providers, including Stripe, Google, Resend and Kie.ai, may retain records independently under their own obligations. See File retention for details.
Your choices and rights
You can update your display name, download your data, delete projects and request account deletion in the workspace. You may also contact support to request access, correction, restriction or deletion, or to raise a concern. We may ask for proportionate verification before acting on a request.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We respect rights that apply to you. The service is for adult creators and is not intended to collect children’s personal information.
