The terms for using Printable Patch, creating activity books and buying one-time credit packs.

Who provides Printable Patch

Printable Patch is operated by HANG HU, an individual business using a Hong Kong Stripe merchant account under the name Rivya AI. Contact [email protected] for service, billing or rights questions.

These terms apply to printablepatch.com, its free browser tools and its connected workspace. By creating an account or using paid features, you agree to these terms.

An account for adult creators

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Parents, teachers and other adult creators may make materials for children, but children should not create accounts or submit personal information.

Keep your account secure. Use Google sign-in or a code sent to your own email. Do not share access, impersonate someone else or attempt to access another person’s projects.

Free tools and the connected workspace

The free studio keeps drafts in your browser. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove access unless you export a draft file. Cloud saving, account exports and generated artwork belong to the connected workspace.

Word searches and mazes are generated by deterministic tools. AI artwork is a candidate for your review, not a guarantee of originality, perfect outlines, educational suitability or print-shop acceptance. Review each page and its answers before sharing or printing.

One-time credits

Little Pack costs US$9 for 20 credits, Maker Pack US$19 for 60 credits, and Studio Pack US$39 for 150 credits. Each delivered image uses 1 credit. Packs are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription, and purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account remains open.

The checkout total is shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees. Stripe processes payments through our Rivya AI merchant account. Credits are personal to your account, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except under our refund policy or applicable law.

Generation and exports

Submitting a generation reserves the displayed credits. A successfully delivered image consumes its reservation. Failed, refused or cancelled queued tasks release their reservations. If a provider result is uncertain, the task is marked for review and is not automatically resubmitted.

Choosing a new version after a completed image is a new generation. Downloading the same stored successful output again does not use additional image credits. Export limits, paper sizes and print checks shown in the application apply.

Your inputs and outputs

Submit only material you have the right to use. Do not request unlawful, abusive or exploitative content, sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonation, malware, or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not attempt to evade safeguards or disrupt the service.

You retain rights in your own inputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs. Any rights you may have in an output depend on applicable law and the model provider’s terms; outputs may resemble other content and may not qualify for exclusive copyright. Public library resources remain subject to the usage information supplied with those resources.

Availability and account closure

Features, models and service limits may change. We may limit or suspend access when needed to address misuse, fraud, security incidents or legal obligations. Paid credits do not override safety or account-review restrictions.

You can export your projects and request account deletion in Data & privacy. Resolve refund requests before deleting your account; deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Active or uncertain generation tasks may need to finish or be reviewed first. See our retention policy for deletion and backup handling.

Practical limits

We provide creative tools on an as-available basis and do not promise uninterrupted service, publishing acceptance, sales, exclusive rights or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important drafts and exports.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions, changes and governing law

Hong Kong law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. Nothing here prevents you from using a court, regulator or remedy available under mandatory law.

We will update the date when these terms materially change and provide notice through the service where appropriate. A change will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter a completed purchase.
