Refund and credit rules
When credits are reserved, returned or adjusted, and how to request a payment refund.
Generation credits
Each delivered image costs 1 credit. We reserve the displayed amount when you queue a task and consume it when an image is successfully delivered. Technical failure, model refusal or cancellation before a queued task starts releases the reservation.
A completed image you choose not to keep is different from a failed task. Generating another version is a new paid task. If a supplier result is uncertain, we release the reservation and stop automatic resubmission while the result can be reviewed.
Unused purchases
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund of an unused credit pack. Include your account email and order reference. We review the order and credit ledger to confirm the unused balance and payment status.
Used packs are not routinely refundable because generation has a provider cost. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, undelivered paid service and other exceptional circumstances individually. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. We do not ask for a new card number or CVC by email. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary, and currency-conversion differences may apply.
A full refund reverses the credits granted by that order. An approved partial refund reverses a proportional number of credits, rounded down to a whole credit. If related credits have already been spent or reserved, the account can enter payment review until the adjustment is resolved.
Payment disputes and account closure
A disputed payment may temporarily restrict further paid generation. We re-read the current Stripe payment state so repeated or delayed notifications do not repeatedly grant or remove credits. When a dispute closes, we reconcile the credit balance with the final payment outcome.
Resolve refunds before deleting your account. Account deletion does not automatically refund a purchase, and unused credits cannot be transferred to another account.
